Behold! A Curious New Wonder Emerges: Introducing Another Hendricks
For a quarter of a century, Hendrick’s Gin has delighted the world with peculiar pleasures, Cucumber & Rose, and an unrelenting devotion to the unusual. And now, from the enigmatic chambers of the Hendrick’s Gin Palace, comes a revelation positively shimmering with possibility: Another Hendrick’s, the first permanent addition to the Hendrick’s family in nearly a decade. Presented in a striking white bottle, it is unmistakably Hendrick’s… yet delightfully, deliciously not quite the same.
A Splendidly Unusual Creation
The origins of this extraordinary new spirit begin, as so many wondrous things do, with a curiosity. Master Distiller Lesley Gracie, famed explorer of flavours and orchestrator of the extraordinary, found herself pondering a rather decadent conundrum: Could one craft a gin with the velvety richness of cacao, without losing the crisp, peculiar soul of Hendrick’s?
Naturally, she marched straight past the obvious and into the hothouses of the Gin Palace, gathering inspiration from fragrant flowers and exotic greenery. After much experimenting, and perhaps just a sprinkle of alchemy, she happened upon a profile both deeply indulgent and delightfully bright: Orange Blossom & Ccacao, dancing together atop Hendrick’s signature Cucumber & Rose foundations. The result is a gin with depth, softness, and a brightness quite unlike anything in the realm of the reasonable.
Two Sides of the Same Delightfully Odd Coin
Duality has always been at the heart of Hendrick’s. It is, after all, crafted on two rare stills with personalities of their own: one elegant, one robust. Its signature infusion marries the crisp coolness of cucumber with the romantic flourish of rose. Another Hendrick’s continues this lineage of delightful contradictions. It shares the round balance and unusual soul of the original, yet expresses them in a wholly new dimension, a gourmet pairing of citrusy orange blossom and sumptuous cacao that feels both familiar and thrillingly new. In the words of Lesley Gracie herself:
“The delectable combination of orange blossom and cacao beans is really rather unusual.”
We agree. Unusual. And utterly marvellous.
