This is the wine that put the range on the map. It combines the bright acidity of Sangiovese with the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. 70% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet with violet reflections. It smells like a mix of fresh cherries and vanilla/coffee (from brief oak aging). It is soft and medium-bodied.
